A disturbing turn of events
For the last week we have been in constant contact with Charlotte McGrath and Debra Tranter who both had their homes broken into within hours of each other.
Debra’s home was the first to be targeted and 24 hours later Charlotte’s home was broken into.
We cannot go into details as yet due to the ongoing police investigation. The Criminal Investigation Bureau is now involved due to the similarities in the break ins and the obvious common link between the two women
Coincidence ? We don’t think so, neither do police.
Both woman have stated that this will not deter them from continuing to speak out about the atrocity of Rutland Manor.
Our thoughts go out to these two woman and their families. It takes courage to speak out and involves great personal risk when it comes to dealing with Rutland Manor. What a disgraceful low act.
Rutland Manor Exposed 
Well, let’s see if RM is indeed involved with this nasty piece of business. If so, I think it would be the nails for her coffin! This would be something that would hit the headlines worldwide and utterly destroy any shred of ‘Christian purity’ this woman spouts.
No I doubt it is a coincidence either and yes indeed a high price to pay for speaking the truth and not giving up on these dogs. Debra has had years of these types of threats from puppy farmers when getting close to exposing their cruel and greedy ways and I applaude and support her guts and courage as I do Charlotte’s.
Given the RM history of bullying, isolation, threats and intimidation no-one should be surprised. I know I have had my share of ‘bizare’ emails from Beverly as many have in addition to letters from Beverly’s Solicitors trying to silence me. It won’t deter me either.
There is no price on freedom of speach or speaking on behalf of innocent and voiceless animals.
This type of behaviour is criminal and belongs in the gutter along with the thugs involved.
Hmmmm, quite interesting has anyone thought it may be her son, wasnt’ he involved with the disappearance of a dog a while back…….
I had always thought her son was a lawyer and lived in California – at least that was the case a few years ago. Of course, that could have been just another fabrication like all the rest.
Beverley’s son Dieter Kunze lives in Melbourne (he is the one over seeing the sale of the RM Warragul property for the last 6 months) Derek Cunningham is also in regular contact with Beverley, they are great mates! We heard a rumour about the son in USA, apparently he and Bev do not get along! !
So there a TWO sons and Angela? Three children? All seem to have different last names as well or use different last names.
Wow, Bev has some very unusual alliances. Wasn’t long ago she was calling Derek every name in the book. I was told he was her ‘hachet man’ when she wanted a dog destroyed. He even admitted it when he ‘wasn’t getting along’ with Bev. Told stories that would make your heart shrink in pain.
Who knows if he exists but if so, they all have different fathers. He is supposed to be very ill and near death but that does garner more sympathy for Beverly to take the focus off the dogs. It’s always about Beverly. Does she really think people think the entire world of breeders she ripped off and dog owners believe the whole world is out of step, except her? Yes, I think she does believe that.
You mean the son in Melbourne Deiter? I didn’t think he had anything to do with the dogs or his mother. But she probably promised him the dogs too and if there is money involved it does wicked things to people. If so, he would also have her DNA to assist him in being evil, or does she DNA profile her children instead of her dogs.
If these crimes were committed to find the evidence put on Farms of Shame they now know that neither Debra Tranter nor Charlotte Mc Grath are involved in my blog.
A word of advice to the criminals. No point in ransacking any more homes you do not know where or who I am, and you are too darn stupid to ever guess. Running puppy farms doesn’t take intelligence just cunning and the ability to lie and confuse the gullible public.
It has been like a big puzzle for some time, but once people start collecting puzzle pieces and join together, the entire picture is revealed. Remember, all big empires, even pitiful self imposed empires have been brought to their knees. This too will happen at RM. Count your days Beverley, don’t plan on any peace when you return to your hole. You give Australians a bad image but countless people are gathering to finally bring you down and to where you belong, in jail.
PS she does have another son Steven, supposedly ill, very ill and he lives in California. I wonder if she has visited him. Or does he exist?

Heike – I guess it could be the son, the daughter, the son-in-law or ex son-in-law or one of the RM ‘cult’. All as bad as each other. In addition to Ubique’s comments running a puppy farm also requires the ability to abuse, neglect and kill dogs without batting an eyelid. All a very particular ‘breed’ of people aren’t they.
I was told about this site a while back and scanned it but didn’t want to believe it. My family and I were about to submit our application for a puppy from Rutland’s Legacy since we were happy that we could get a puppy that wouldn’t have to make a long flight from Australia. Seeing the puppies from Texas made us even more excited. Then I was advised to go back here and read everything and was given a couple references to contact regarding their experiences with Beverley. So I’ve read this entire site over and over and came to the conclusion that there would be no good reason that I can think of, why all these people have similar stories and why would they make these things up? I don’t think they have made them up. What convinced me is speaking by telephone with two people with RM puppies and hearing their horror stories. It sure matches things that are said here. All these people aren’t wrong. One person had a very sick puppy and spoke with someone named Helen who gave her a bad time, she gave up for a while. She reread her agreement with RM, she is still going to pursue the health warranty issue.
The second person asked some simple questions to RM about dates not matching on her puppies papers and the pedigree and her experience was verbal abuse and veiled threats like telling her she would never get her second puppy from RM.
Now I see that there is no longer any mention of Rutland’s Legacy in Texas on Beverley’s website. I’ve looked through everything there to see if it was under something else and it isn’t. I remember her chat site was gone a couple weeks ago and that made me upset. How do people get together to chat and share things? Is she putting one back up. Is she really going out of business?
She said she was retiring and turning the breeding program to Rutland’s Legacy. Now it’s impossible to make sense of anything.
She sure does have a lot of information about herself and seems to be blowing her own horn.
My grandfather was a newpaper editor in New York and I’ve asked my family if they can find archives to show that what she says about her own grandfather is true. for me, I can’t believe anything she says.
By the way, both people I spoke with are getting DNA done on their puppies due to the mention that RMs dogs genetics are questionable. They love their Labradoodles regardless but they really want to know what breeds are in their puppies.

You withdrawing your application from Rutlands Legacy is a very wise move. I am thankful that this site has proven to you of the devient behavior of RM, TP and their owners. By speaking with others, you have been given the truth of what this site and all the people on it have been saying for years. Thank God, your common sense and research lead you to a different breeder. Kudos!
I withdrew my application from RM, also because the shipping costs went up from $ 1200 to $2900 but Beverley refuses to give me my deposit back. She says I signed a contract which states that the deposit is non-refundable but I also signed a contract which states that the shipping costs are $ 1200. That doesn’t seem to matter for them. I am fighting already 8 months to get my money back but nothing!
Coco..I hate to say it..but you will hard pressed to ever get your deposit back.
Contracts only work when they are in her favor..sad but true.

Be aware though..these DNA breed test are not 100% accurate especially when breeds are mixed beyond the grand parent level.
They are pretty straightforward on 1st and 2nd generation labradoodles..but with Australian Labradoodles it most likley won’t be able to pick up breeds that may be too far back in the pedigree. They will tell you the breeds that can be definitely identified. In other words..you may not see labrador show up, if that signal if too faint to be identified.
Just wanted you to be aware these test do not always give a total picture..but at least you would be able to see what your dog mainly is.
Regarding the deposits, I don’t understand why the contract can’t be contested if the shipping amount was agreed on and then changed. Can’t you contact your credit card company? That is theft for her to do that.
I agree Barbara regarding the deposit. I paid the deposit from my creditcard via Paypal beginning of 2009 to get onto the waitlist. End of 2009 (still not allocated to a puppy) I found out about the shipping costs from other families who had received their puppy at that time and I contacted RM. There was a huge discussion going back and forth and I cancelled the puppy. Since then I am trying to get the deposit back. I contacted Paypal but they say I need to find an agreement with RM as they only can charge it back if it is within 45 days.

Alison your research is wonderful, Bev has fabricated a wonderful tale of her family history to go with the tale of her breeding and research centre…All a pile of bull to dupe the unsuspecting public of her true intentions, to scam them into believing her lies. The only medal or trophy she should be getting is Ripleys believe it or not for being the longest and truely gifted con artist….

From what I have read here and gathered through some contacts, Mike and Twyla are very decent people. Maybe they’re the latest people to be duped by Beverley Manners and her cunningness. The good will outweigh the evil in the end.
Ex-Staff are too frightened to speak out because they have personally threatened and intimidated by Thugs.
One informs us that her family was threatened by men with very bright lights that were shone into their home late at night, another tells us she had a ‘visit’ which threstened them should they speak out.
They fear for their safety and the safety of their pets!!!!
I hope courage prevails and they begin to see that united we are ONE and can expose the entire truth without harm.

Beverley has no breeding dogs listed on her site. How are unsuspecting people going to be ripped off now? There are only a couple dogs expecting in Texas. Will her well run dry in Australia? How will she explain the sudden appearance of new breeding RM dogs if she eventually gets up and running? Of course they will come from the puppy farmers mentioned here .Or will dogs be bred and sold to puppy stores? It’s true she took her chat site down so someone couldn’t wise up the innocent people there. She belongs in prison!

I hope you are wrong Heike. Name a bond that has lasted? From her history, every single one has dissolved and it’s always someone elses fault. I wonder why she has a link to Log Cabin Labradoodles on her site. They have logos to a lot of different Labradoodle organizations and it’s widely known that it’s a big no no to associate yourself with any organization other than one Beverley has set up and controls. It seems that once the organization is formed and people commit to it and join, the rules change, for Beverley that is. Everyone else is bound by the rules except for her and then ‘POOF” she blasts them for not trusting her vision. Trust is a big issue with Beverley and its laughable since she doesn’t know the meaning of the word. She has two new breeders in New England listed on her site and you can only wonder how long before that honeymoon stage is over. They seem like nice people but like a lot of other nice people, they bought into her lies and promises. Look at other breeders sites, they support each other. No one supports Beverley.
They both are huge supporters of Bev’s thinking, practices, program direction, methodogy and breeding strategies. One belongs to every organization that ‘rises from the ashes’. This is fine as it works for them.
I am a New England breeder as well but do not in any way, shape or form, follow Bev’s thought processes. I belong to no organization except the Premium Breeders because there is no ‘mission statement or Board of Directors’, no politics and no strategies – just proof of health and testing.
There is no way a person could belong to numerous organizations and ALL OF THEM agree on requirements and strategies. If that were the case, then ONLY one would be needed! Every one of them, if you research, have a different protocol and none of them agree on generation level descriptors or infusions. How can one breeder agree with all of them? These organizations are all marketing/advertising billboards – pure and simple.

Breeding Dogs and pet Puppies sold with mismatched pedigrees, falsified pedigrees created by themselves and added to Puppies/Dogs purchased from dispicable, dirty Puppy Farmer (ACA Puppy farms – now Banksia).
Dogs were not only bought in and bred as Australian Labradoodles but the Health testing was not done – OR Health test results were created by staff (verified by current and past members of staff) –
These females then bred constantly – some for up to 9 litters – others were bred with TWO Names so that they could breed MORE puppies –
As if the females had not produced enough – they would then be returned to the Puppy farm and bred some more – and finally KILLED for their efforts.
This was done intentionally by both Beverley and Angela make no mistake.
During their time with TP and RM the breeding dogs were subjected to a life of constant ear infections, matted and neglected coats (all evident from footage and photos), they were left lonely and unsocialised (unless for Website Photographs) all this aside from being used as breeding machines. They were de-barked because they were crying out for attention.
If Beverley was exposed in the slightest way she will cry “Victim” – blame every staff member, blame the facilities, blame the neighbours, blame the council, blame her daughter. If that failed – she would then present herself as being very unwell, she would present herself as disabled (she even manages to bring her trusty “Crutch” out to quell any doubts as to her disability). She is a leach who sucks friendship and loyalty from EVERY person who has ever had personal long term contact with her – sucking them dry and leaving them bewildered, hurt and scarred.
There are so many lives who have been impacted, scarred and left in tatters by Beverley and Angela.
People paid hundreds of thousands of dollars to buy Australian Labradoodles from Beverley and Angela – trusting them – admiring them – wanting initially to be like them.
EVERY one of these people have been scarred – some ruined – ALL have been hurt. We can’t ALL be wrong.
Now many of us have united, more are contributing !!!! The truth/evidence will continue to flow in – and it will be collated with what is already available.
YOU will be stoopped from breeding because people will discover your reputation and your dishonesty. If there is anyone who is not aware – they soon will be.
You can’t have someone break into homes, intimdate people. personally threaten or bully them – anymore. because the minute something happens we and the authorities will know where to look.
I have never doubted what many have claimed has been inflicted on dogs by both Beverly and her daughter and others. Reading Levi’s post only reminds me again of the constant breeding and changing dog’s names to breed even more, of the links to ACA/Banksia Park, the untreated sickness, suffering and cruelty is almost too difficult to take in and then knowing many of these dogs were debarked and/or killed.
Some of these dogs have lived and died this way – years and years of this suffering and cruelty and for many, it is too late. I hope however that Levi is correct and those with the first hand knowledge and evidence do come forward so that this animal cruelty can be stopped and those responsible are prosecuted and those who turned their backs are identified.
While I’ve come to believe everything after looking into all this garbage, I never dreamed she would go so far as to give one dog two names, in order to breed her twice without making herself look bad. Let’s see if a dog looking like Shania and Isabella show up with new names expecting puppies. Maybe Helen is working on that right now. Or maybe visiting Collin Hams for some puppy shopping. Disgusting. These people cannot be human.

I wonder if anyone has contacts with the Australian Consulate as word has it that Beverley is trying to organize an extension of her American Visa due to her ears. She had problems with them before she flew over and wasn’t supposed to fly. Now will come one of her sorry stories that she is poor and sick and an old granny. Sickening. i am going to draw a long bow to illustrate a point. One of my favourite movies at the moment is Amazing Grace, the story of the abolisionist movement in Britain in the 1800s… Slavery was entrenched in the world, because too many people were making money from the backs of their slaves, or the industries slavery supported. For years a battle was fought in the English parliament to try and legislate against it, without success. People were intimidated, snubbed, derided for their support of the abolishionist cause. Finally in the movie, the way slavery as an power was dimished, was not by way of petitions or peoples attitude changing the parliament… no it was through a back doo, a side alley… by allowing privateers to capture any ship not flying an english flag, so that ships that were trading to the america’s could be captured and their treasures taken if they changed their flags…
so i know this sounds very unrelated to Rutland Manor… but the same principle applies. It seems no matter how much public opinion or weight of evidence is applied to Rutland Manor.. those with vested interests refuse to hear the truth… that what they are doing is a dirty little practice…
So Beverley… a side alley, a back door… there is one you know!! All legal… and of your own doing. After a while you cant keep track of who you told what, and when and where… the government records everything you tell them…. and they don’t forget when money is involved.

That good… because the Australian Taxation Office I’m sure will be interested in Beverlies non-refundable puppy deposits, and non mentioned earnings… i wondered why so many folks came to australia to look at their prospective dogs… cash in hand from an overseas buyer…

Hit her in her pocketbook! She’s always crying poor. Alison’s comment about reporting her to the Australian Taxations Office is brilliant! I never thought about that non-refundable deposit as being income. Of course it would be. But does she refund on the health warranties? Does anyone know if she does?
The more people that report her, the more they will take it seriously. She has got to go to jail for any of her many crimes!
She rarely does refund on health warranty claims. I know of a lot of cases with health issues and she always blamed it to the wrong diet first. When owners replied that they were feeding exactly the diet RM recommended Beverley then stated that the vet doesn’t know what he is doing and that the families should change the vet. She always found an explanation why there is no refund and only massive pushing from the families let to refunds – if at all.
