Whilst the dwindling followers are all oohing and aahing over the puppies on Honeymoon Cove and crying and lamenting the loss of the alleged Australian Labradoodle to USA, not one of them have shed a tear for Kirstie.

THREE LITTERS IN 12 MONTHS! Remember we did get justice for Shania due to all your letters that flooded into Baw Baw Council. Beverley received her first and final warning with Shania for breaching the code of practice which clearly state’s:
Bitches must be at least twelve months of age before being mated and a bitch must not have more than two litters in any eighteen month period.
This is the horrendous truth of Rutland Manor – it is a puppy farm that debarks their dogs, breeds dogs from the pound and the trading post newspaper, breeds them back to back with no rest despite being warned by the authorities. No more dogs should be allowed to suffer at Rutland Manor!
Enough is enough – write to Baw Baw Council and demand justice for Kirstie. Tell them Rutland Manor is still operating in breach of the legislation despite receiving a final warning about this very same issue. Demand RUTLAND MANOR BE CLOSED DOWN ONCE AND FOR ALL. DEMAND JUSTICE FOR KIRSTIE NOW!

Beverley simply has no empathy for what her dogs go through.
Through her dogs, she has her ego stroked and she is addicted to attention. Its the dogs that pay the awful price of her addiction

How do you MAKE a council more accountable?? Who is Bev paying to turn a blind eye or is the council too dependent on her income from the backs of her dogs??

What, pray tell, has the famous Baw Baw Shire Council done this time – sat on it for another couple of weeks ? I though they were supposed to be monitoring RM and their breeding ‘frenzy’ ?
Did you all catch the lastest revision of her website?? She still blames us for posting all the lies about her breeding practices. Well Bev, the proof IS in the pudding, you still breed back to back without reguard to the wellbeing of your dogs. And NOOO, you did not develope a new breed, your dogs still have overwhelming poodle ancestory some even 90%, with a few others in the mix many generations ago. Clip their faces Bev and you will see Poodle!!! What she calls hate sites, are really expose the truth sites and it is you that hates, hates the truth being brought to the world. What about Happy, Tara and the countless other dogs with no history, no pedigree you happily bred and called them ASDs. Nope sorry, it is you that have told the lies, not the other way around. Isn’t it ironic, when the truth is told she disables the links and then alters her website time and time again.
Reading in the latest Dog’s Life on Puppy Mills I found these couple of lines interesting “The difference between breeder and a puppy mill is the level of responsibility. Firstly a responsible breeder will not sell there puppies on line, often not needing to advertise as their reputation speaks for it self. ” also a responsible breeder follows the breeding code of practice. This doesn’t sound like Beverly. PUPPY MILL!!! I too have noticed changes to her website there is no longer any reference to the VCA no doubt they were none to happy and Dr Harry is on there now! I am still wondering what an infusion is when breeding Labradoodles, I always thought Labradoodles Were Labrador X Standard Poodles now they have infusion of Irish Water Dog and Cocker Spaniel. There is even crosses with Miniture Poodles. I am no expert on breeding dogs as I have a Crossbreed but where is Beverly’s Breed Standard with all this Happening????? I worked this all out by myself all from Beverly’s own Web site!!
And where is Isabella and Willow ? Both were in “Honeymoon Cove” recently and were both due this month?

mis-information to take the heat off her bad practices and unpaid debts…

Yes RM is still operating in Aus as some of the dogs are still here, who knows if they will all be sent to Texas.
Beverley is not allowed to operate her boarding kennel, however they are still taking in other people’s pets, the authorities don’t care

actually bev is still running her “boarding kennel”, or was at christmas this past year, as i discovered to my horror when i unknowingly boarded my dog there. With subsequent investigations i have discovered the “new covenent” corporation that she used in her letter to the council about her boarding kennel has been voluntarily deregistered with the australian securities commission. God knows the local council was quite aware of Bev and her activities, as was the police, and the government ombudsman organisation i reported her to after she verbally and physically threatened my 72 year old mother when we came to pick my dog up. However it was my word against beverley;s and they can’t do anything… Beverley is a dangerous and mentally unstable women…

What on earth did that woman do to you? Please say she didn’t hit you or your mother. Was your Labradoodle OK? I don’t understand. She boards labradoodles too and yours was there? You reported her and because you didn’t have a witness or proof, they did nothing? How can the councils not take some kind of action against this place?
I found out about her because a friend of mine was going to get a dog from her and was disgusted at the filthy place and her questions were answered. I don’t know who she talked to but she said the lady was rude and wouldn’t let her talk and refused to give her name out. What are they hiding. It’s hard to keep up with this and hard to believe this goes on. The website is so nice looking so how do you know.
I have rescue dogs myself but there are always going to be people who breed so how do you find out if their good or not?
Marg, thanks for the link very enlightening and really sad. These women have a long history of lies and defrauding the public and making a living doing so. The poor dogs that have been in their custody deserve much better than those two……Now the lie has moved to Texas and will live on for a very long time, and sadly although many of the breeders here take wonderful care of their dogs, the whole ASD breed of dog is just a big fat lie and many are still being taken for thousands of dollars to buy one with a fake pedigreee………
Thank God other breeders do love and look after their dogs.
It was time that the truth was told and people shown the proof though.

I read that Beverly is in America and so are the dogs. What dogs could be at the research centre in Australia and what kind of research does she do? Certainly if she breeds dogs she can’t be doing it in two places at the same time? To my understanding by law if she has dogs at her breeding farm, isn’t someone supposed to be on the premises at all times? What is known about this ghastly mess? Please say it has stopped at her place.
No, it hasn’t stopped at her place in Australia. There are still dogs there to fulfill the “needs” of the Australian and Asian market as the puppies cannot go back from the US to either Australia or Asia without quarantine. There are still people on the waitlist for longer than a year in Australia so she must keep dogs there and basically cannot move them all to America.
Berverley’s plan is to travel back and forth between the 2 places but I doubt she will have anything to do with taking care of the dogs and I doubt that she actually took care of them in the past. She has her staff doing that for her and don’t forget she is turning already 70 years old. No 70 year old woman (especially with all the health issues which she is talking about on a daily basis…)can cope with several litters and maintaining the adult dogs. She always claims that she is doing the temperament testing and all the socialization herself – bullshit. The puppies aren’t socialized very well. They cannot walk on a leash (probably they have never seen one before they leave), they are afraid to go on walks outside, they are scared of cars and so on…..All these things are reported by “happy” puppy owners and leaves the impression that the puppies are just stuck somewhere on the compound without any contact to the world which is waiting for them once they are placed in a family.
I have heard that to but have only met a couple adult dogs and they seemed nice. One was rehomed and the new people said he had a lot of problems trusting them for a long time. If she has so many people waiting, why do they wait? There are other breeders in Australia and they can’t all be bad. I don’t get why the Shire doesn’t get her fined or stop her from her business! Does she and her daughter do this together? I heard rumors that they exchange puppies so how do people know where there puppy really came from?
I know Angela lives near her mother so I’m sure they work together but probably in secret.
Can people write letters and complain?
Anyone on a waitlist for one of these dogs has rocks for brains and is only contributing to the ongoing abuse of these RM breeding machines whether here in Australia or in America. STOP buying RM dogs and put them all out of business – simple !
I think the waitlist is getting shorter and shorter, at least regarding the puppies in the US. There doesn’t seem a demand anymore as several puppies were offered on the chat because families who were supposed to get them “deferred” to later litters. In total I think 5 puppies from the current litters were/are available without anyone being on the waitlist for them. People in Australia/Asia are still waiting but with hardly any dogs left in Australia they might have to endure a very loooooooong wait. I think more and more people are moving away from RM because otherwise all those puppies wouldn’t have been offered as available.
I bet they will fill there orders by getting more dogs from Colin Ham. They already make up there pedigrees so what’s one more set of dogs to make up a history for. I wonder if anyone has ever DNA tested there dogs to see what they really have and then questioned RM. More lies of course or blaming it on former employees.
hi harmonie, my old dog was boarded at her “kennels” when i had to escort my elderly mother to my sisters interstate. we had arrange to pick him up late in the day of our return. I drove straight from the airport to Warragul and were at the “Kennels” before 5 pm. It was at first unattended and no-one answered the door. A women appeared at the car window and questioned why we were there and how i had got in… The front gates were open…. After some talk she agreed to let me get my dog… As i entered the office reception… the boarding price previously agreed to changed. I didn’t have extra cash on me… I returned to the car to see if my mother had any extra, we still din’t have enough… She walked down the gravel drive to see why the price had changed. After some further words in which this women refused payment by cheque, refused payment by credit card, and threatened to call the police…(she couldn’t remember the number!!!) she then threatened to lock us in the office, and then further threatened to push my mother out the door and over. My mother is 72, she has multiple health issues… chronic osteoarthritis, and multliple surgeries to replace prostetic hips (five times). Finally she let us out to go and get more cash… as we were walking up the drive, as fast as my mother with her walking stick could safely go… it wasn’t fast enough for her and she threatened to set her guard dog on us…. This women is dangerous, and i would say mentally unstable. She refused to give us her real name… calling herself Charlie Brown… If this is her standard of behaviour… I know how it is for others who have crossed her…
My family is well known in Warragul. My mother is still traumatised by this womens behaviour… and for sometime i was worried about the possible repercussions as she lives in the same town.
I find it difficult to understand how the council refuses to take any action to close this women down with all of the evidence that they have and are aware of… when consumer affairs victora are aware of a business’s inapproriate behaviour… before you even mention your concern… then you know it is not just the ravings of a group of animal liberationists, but a problem that sould have been adressed before it got to this point. Allowing this person to just leave the country, and think this solves the problem, is just sweeping the dirty little problem under the mat…

That is one pitful story alison, what on earth was she thinking, a sad testimony of her unstable behavior at best!! How many others have been a victim of her irrational behavior, she is truely not in her right mind to do these things.
